Exciting news for Wegman Design Group! The groundbreaking recently took place at Village On The Isle for two new facilities — Emerald Terraces at Village On The Isle, and the Luke Haven Health Center — in the latest phase of its $100 million expansion.
Village On The Isle is a 35-year-old community located on the Isle of Venice. We have been working with VOTI and architectural, MEP, landscape architects and resident team members since early 2016 to develop a Master Plan for the campus. In addition to these two new facilities on campus, we’ve completed two floors of independent living renovation and recently completed a dedicated Memory Care conversion. Future phases of work include renovation of remainder existing common spaces and independent living buildings, and the addition of new independent living and Club House buildings.
